What is an 11 Month Warranty Inspection?
An 11-month warranty inspection is usually completed right before the builder's "one-year warranty" expires. Major systems and components are inspected, and a comprehensive online report is provided. Many times, there are issues inside or outside of the home that have gone unnoticed!
If there are issues that need to be addressed, you might as well have the builder address them before time runs out! Our detailed online report and repair request tool will make it even easier to send the builder the list of issues!!
