SCHEDULING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Select the service(s) & then enter the property information
2. Select a day/time slot that would work best for all parties
3. Enter your information
4. Review all of the information on the screen to ensure everything is correct
5. Schedule and then read the instructions given on the screen
If you REALLY need an inspection at a certain time and it's not available on the calendar, please contact us! We have two home inspectors, so we can usually fit more inspections into our schedule!
VP PACKAGES/ADD-ONS

If you're scheduling the VP GOLD, VP BUNDLE, or VP ADD-on, select home inspection and then select the package/add-on under the drop-down menu. This will give you the discounted price for the added services. If you add them as normal services they will show the full price (if you forget to add the services as "add-ons" we will adjust the pricing :) )
RADON TESTING

Radon testing takes 48 hours for the equipment to run and take measurements.

The inspector will set up the equipment and start the test during the home inspection. If the inspection contingency ends before we can get the results back don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we may be able to start the radon test 48 hours before the home inspection to get the results back the same day as the inspection.
WATER POTABILITY TESTING

All of our potability tests are performed at Teton Microbiology. The inspector is only able to drop off the water sample that same day if it is within their business hours (9-5 pm). If the inspector is unable to drop off the water sample that same day, the sample will then be dropped off the next day first thing in the morning.

The laboratory results get back to us around 24 hours after we have dropped off the water sample.

WE CAN'T DO POTABILITY TESTING FRIDAY OR SATURDAY (The laboratory is closed over the weekend and we are only able to hold onto water samples for 24 hours)
