Common Home Inspection Scheduling Questions

What types of inspections do you offer in Southeast Idaho?

We provide full home inspections for buyers, pre-listing inspections for sellers, and specialized services including radon testing, mold testing, sewer scope inspections, and well water testing. We inspect everything from single-family homes to multi-unit properties like duplexes and fourplexes.

Can I bundle multiple services into one inspection appointment?

Yes — and many clients do. You can bundle radon, mold, and sewer scope testing into a single visit with our Premium Package
, which saves time and ensures you don’t miss critical issues before closing.

How long does a typical home inspection take?

Most inspections take between 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on the property’s size, age, and complexity. Add-on services like radon or sewer scope may require additional setup but are handled efficiently during the same visit.

Do you inspect homes in Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Pocatello, and nearby areas?

Yes — we serve Southeast Idaho including Idaho Falls, Ammon, Rexburg, Rigby, Pocatello, Blackfoot, and surrounding communities. Our inspectors are local and experienced with common regional issues like lava rock foundations, winterization needs, and radon exposure.

What’s included in a standard home inspection from Vantage Point?

Our general home inspection includes structure, roof, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, appliances, and visible safety hazards — all documented in a clear, mobile-friendly report. You’ll receive the report within 24 hours, complete with photos, videos, and repair tips.
