Program description

When you opt in, Vantage Point Inspections (Vantage Point Inspections, LLC, 6809 Chapelle Ave, Idaho Falls, ID 83402) will text you about your home inspection: booking and scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, inspector arrival and access details, report-ready notices, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts under this program.

 

Who texts you

Texts come from (208) 254-4848 (office main line).

 

How to opt in

Check the optional SMS consent box on our website forms, or tell our office you'd like texts when booking by phone. When you call or book with our office, we ask before any text is sent: "Can we text you about your inspection, like confirmations, reminders and when your report is ready? Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP anytime to opt out or HELP for help. We never sell or share your number, and our privacy policy and text terms are at vantagepointidaho.com/privacy and vantagepointidaho.com/sms-terms. Is it OK if we text you?" We text only if you say yes. You can also text us first at (208) 254-4848; we'll reply only to what you ask. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply UNSTOP to resubscribe.
