Sewer Inspection Fee Reduced to $150
To make sewer inspections more accessible and encourage homeowners to catch issues early, we’ve updated our pricing to a simple, flat $150.
This adjustment reflects shifts in the industry while ensuring more people can take advantage of this important service. (Previously, the fee varied based on the age of the home.)
What stays the same:
You’ll continue to receive a thorough, high-quality sewer inspection using the same professional equipment, expertise, and attention to detail we’re known for.

Team Update – Fall 2025
In the fall of 2024, we welcomed Zack as a new home inspector to the Vantage Point team. Throughout 2025, he inspected hundreds of homes across Southeast Idaho and has done a fantastic job!
During that time, Kevin, our lead inspector, continued performing inspections while also managing business administration. It quickly became clear that answering texts, phone calls, and emails all day—while inspecting homes and doing walkthroughs with clients—wasn’t the most efficient setup.
After searching for the right fit, we found the perfect addition to our team—who happened to be a family friend! Arianna Stryker joined Vantage Point Inspections as our new Office Manager. She works remotely and has been handling all of our phone calls, emails, texts, and scheduling coordination for the past few months. She also helps with Well Testing, Radon Testing, and Mold Testing.
We kindly ask that all scheduling, pricing, and availability questions be directed to Arianna. She’ll be your primary point of contact for administrative matters and will ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes!
Kevin will always be available when needed, but this change allows him to stay fully focused during inspections. As Kevin put it:
“Throughout the year, I’d be on the roof or in the attic for an hour just answering phone calls. Having Arianna managing communications has already made a huge difference.”
Our Texting Number
This is the same number that sends everyone automatic confirmation and reminder texts before and after every inspection. Whenever you send a text to this number, it goes straight to Arianna!

This is the same phone number that shows up on Google and on our main website. All of these calls go straight to Arianna! If calls are made after hours, we will receive a notification. If the matter is urgent, Arianna or Kevin will reach out as soon as possible!
