The goal we have every day is to provide the absolute best service we can for our clients! The home inspections we complete give the client an in-depth report of our findings. However, there are many different things we can't test for unless we use additional equipment, resources, and time!
The additional services provide an even more in-depth service that may bring to light major issues! If that is not the case, you will have peace of mind knowing that there aren't any "hidden issues" that may arise and cost you even more money in the future!
We have seen sellers agree to install radon mitigation systems (around $2000), replace sewer lines ($5,000-$30,000), and install missing insulation within walls ($100+)!

VP ADD-ON
A VP-ON is any service that is added to a home inspection. Since the home inspector is already at the home, the service price is reduced!
VP BUNDLE
The VP BUNDLE is our most commonly used bundle! The powerful combination of a sewer scope, radon test, and thermal imaging gives buyers CRUCIAL in-depth information that may end up saving them thousands of dollars!
VP GOLD
The VP GOLD package is almost identical to the VP BUNDLE. Benefits of the gold package include HUGE savings and well potability/productivity testing.
